Specialties: Areas of expertise include commercial, multi family, office, retail, industrial, and agricultural properties, grain systems, confined feedings, woodland and easement encumbered land. Extensively involved in right of way appraising, including right of way projects, expert witness testimony, court appointed appraising, and consulting for property owners and condemnors .
Mr. Hopkins has served on several positions within the Hoosier State Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, including the elected Regional Representative, the Chair of the Candidate Advisory Committee, and member of the Education Committee.

Our family has a long tradition of providing services to the financial services industry. Founded in Washington, IN and now offering services in Bloomington, our family has been involved in real estate brokerage, appraisals, insurance, and investment services.
Hopkins Appraisal Services, LLC, headed by Benjamin L. Hopkins, MAI, ASA, IFAS, has been providing customized real estate appraisals and service to our clients throughout southwestern Indiana.
